Becoming a Member or Friend of the Church

All are welcome to participate in the church as either a member or friend. Members make a financial pledge to support the church, have a vote in its management, volunteer their time and talent and participate in worship and fellowship. Friends have not made a formal commitment to membership but actively participate
in church programs and give of their time and money.

The process of becoming a member is as simple as signing the membership book in the presence of a member or the Minister and making an annual financial contribution (we have no minimum requirement) to support the work of the church. We recommend that new members participate in an orientation class that is offered several times each year to learn more about our church, our history, UU principles and beliefs and how we govern ourselves.

Contact a representative of the Membership Committee, the Minister or church office to inquire about membership.
